it would be nice when you buy one of these homes to be told you dont own the land it sits on and you will be charged year on year council tax and ground rent to stay there as well as gas and electric .

As anyone who has looked into the possibility of owning a Park home anywhere might tell you this is the case wherever you might decide to buy. You are in effect buying the home but leasing the site (in a similar way to leasing a property. Always ask to see the terms and conditions before making any decisions or commitments. Some companies also have particular terms and conditions about your selling the property (should you decide to do so) that needs to be considered as well.
